"Hello, this is odd..." Sherlock says, curious as to how this man had gotten into the room. He didn't look familiar in any way, from what he could see in the dim light of his match as he holds it lower to try and see the man's face. He puts an arm under to try and help the man up to a sitting position. "Easy, take it easy. Are you hurt in any way?" he asked, his classic English accent showing through, one borne of older times.
The hat and nice suit are a bit out of place for the industrial district they were in. Obviously the man did not want his face to be noticed, obvious to Holmes at least, but he wasn't that interested in the sharp features of the other man. Instead, he held the other man's hand up to the light of the match, studying his fingernails intently. "Interesting..."
An odd thing to do when finding an unconscious man under rubble, but Sherlock has been known to do stranger things.
